Lean Italian Ground Turkey, 2 slices Pepperidge Farms Light Style Wheat Bread, medium salsa, diced onions and bell peppers, 1 package of McCormick Meatloaf Mix, 1/3 cup of egg whites (equivalent to 2 egg whites).
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Equals four (4) 5 oz. servings.
