Creamy Greek Pasta Salad

182g Penne Whole Wheat Pasta (weighed uncooked)1/2 cup PC Greek Yogurt Dressing100g Light TreStella Feta, crumbled75g Black Olives, chopped130g Green Pepper, thinly sliced25g Scallions, chopped175g Tomatoes, chopped (cherry tomatoes work great)65g Red Onion, thinly sliced175g Cucumber, chopped
Cook pasta as directed on package.
While pasta is cooking. Chop, weight all the veggies, cheese and olives.
Once pasta is cool, i cut each one in half, toss with the rest of the ingredients. Add dressing, toss and serve!
About 1 1/2 cups per serving!
