Eggplant, Zucchini and Orange Bell Pepper Pizza

Ingredients
1.5 cup flour1.5 tsp salt1/2 packet yeastPinch of sugarAbout 1/2 cup warm water1/2 cup pizza sauce3/4 cup pizza cheese1/2 baby eggplant, sliced1/2 zucchini, sliced1/2 orange bell pepper, slicedBasil flakes, to tasteOregano, to taste

Once dough has risen, brush with olive oil and poke small holes. Top with pizza sauce and 1/4 cup cheese, then add eggplant, zucchini, and orange bell pepper slices. Top with .50 cup cheese and sprinkle with basil, oregano, or whatever you like. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
