Honey Dijon Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/4C water1/4C balsamic or red wine vinegar1/4C orange juice (or any citrus/blend)1/4C Dijon mustard2 tablespoon olive oil2 tablespoon honey1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Mix & Serve! A small food processor/chopper/blender is great here. The dressing tastes completely different when you switch out the vinegars - try them both!

Also, I've used orange juice, grapefruit juice, orange/mango/pineapple - any citrusy juice will work great, and change the flavors. The combinations are endless!
