1 lb Ground turkey (93% lean)1 Onion1 t Worcestershire sauce2 t Cornstarch1/4 c 1% Milk2 c Long-Grain Brown Rice2 c RF Sour cream

Makes 6 servings. I think it would be good with peas and mushrooms added, but my fiance is not a fan of either of those vegetables. I like this recipe because it's easy to customize to your flavor/nutrition preferences.
