*Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 2 serving Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Grate cheese. Set aside. Add pat of butter to frying pan heated to med. Lay down 1 tortilla and cover with cheese. Add top tortilla. When browned turn over. When second side is brown remove to cuting board and cut into 16 wedges. Serve
