Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained1 can enchilada sauce1/4c salsa45 tater tots (enough to line a 2 qt baking dish)1/2c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown hamburger and drain. Stir in enchilada sauce and salsa. Heat thoroughly. Line a 2 qt baking dish with tater tots in a single layer. Spoon meat mixture over tater tots, cover with shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Serve with lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, sour cream, etc. Additions not included in ingredient list or calorie counts.
