Rice for Chicken Rice

Ingredients
Long grain rice - 3 cupsGarlic, minced - 5 clovesGinger, minced - 5 slices of 1" pcsSesame oil - 3 tbspSunflower oil - 3 tbspChicken stock, home prepared (from boiled chicken for chicken rice) - 2 cupsChicken stock cube/granules - 1 cube or 1 tbsp
Directions
Wash and soak uncooked rice in cold water for 15 mins, drain and set aside.
Saute minced garlic and ginger with sunflower oil until fragrant.
Add rice and sesame oil and stir until evenly coated.
Cook in rice cooker with chicken stock mixed with cube/granules.
Serves 6
