Cyndi's Almost Ranch Potato Topper/Salad dressing

Ingredients
* *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp (optional, but makes it creamier) * Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .5 cup (not packed) * Fresh Chives, 1 tsp chopped (I actually use dried) * Milk, 2%, .125 cup (FF will make it runnier) * Garlic powder, 1 tsp (less if you prefer) * Pepper, black, .5 tsp (more if you prefer)
Directions
Put all ingredients into magic bullet/processor/blender and process til smooth, maybe 15-30 seconds. Makes a little over half a cup. I use it all, but that's cuz I am bad. It is really more than I need, it could easily be split.
