Greek Tuna Sub

Ingredients
1 Baguette Bread1 can Tuna in water2 TBSP light mayo7-9 Kalamata olives1/4 Roasted Red Pepper (bottled)1 TBSP diced Red Onion1 TBSP lemon juice1/2 TBSP olive oil1 leaf lettuceSea saltPepperDrain water from tuna and flake into a bowl; add mayo; dice red peppers, Kalamata olives, and onions and add them to the bowl; add lemon juice; mix well. Cut the Baguette Bread down the meddle (length-wise); brush both sides with the olive oil; add sea salt and pepper. Put the lettuce leaf on the bottom side of the bread; add the tuna mixture, and enjoy.
