Wild Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
Wild & Brown Rice mix - 1.5 cupsFresh mushrooms - 1.5 cups choppedCelery , 3 stalks - choppedChicken broth or bouillon - 3.5 cupsCanola oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Saute celery and mushrooms in canola.
Add broth and rice mix.
Bring to boil.
Simmer at low heat for 25-40 mins - until done.
