30g Mixed Greens45g Strawberries20g Goat Cheese, soft10g Red Onion1tbsp Kraft - Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Fig Balsamic1tbsp Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette5 Candied Pecans (recipe below)Candied PecansIngredients30g Pecans (about 20 halves)1/2 tbsp Corn Syrup1/4 tsp Cayenne1 pk No Calorie SweetnerPinch Salt Directionspre-heat over at 425.Combine all ingredients, careful not to break the pecan halves.Place on baking sheet, lined with parchement paper.Bake for 2-3 mins.... WATCH IT... does not take long to burn. Once it starts to bubble.... let bubble for about 1/2-1 min. Remove from overn... let cool.... great for salads!Number of Servings: 4 (5 halves per serving)
