3 avocados1 cup fat free cottage cheese1/3 red onion (or about 1 cup)1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. garlic powder3 tbs. chopped/minced fresh cilantro1/2 tsp. red chile pepper flakes, crushed1/3 lime (juice)
Put cilantro, red onion, cottage cheese, garlic powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
Put the avocados in a mixer, mix on med until smooth, add lime juice from 1/3 lime.
Add cilantro mixture to the mixer and mix until smooth.
Makes about 9, 1/4 cup servings.
