Chicken Noodle Soup (2 cups per serving)

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast1 cup onion, chopped2 cups celery, chopped2 cups carrots, chopped5 cups Fat free, low sodium chicken broth12 oz Ronzoni Whole Grain Extra Wide Noodles8 cups water1/2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper3 tbsp Instant chicken bouillon1 tbsp italian seasoning
Place chicken, onions, celery, and carrots in 8 cups of water, bring to a boil and simmer until chicken is cooked (I simmer mine 45 minutes). Remove chicken breasts, chop, return to water/vegetable mixture. Mix in chicken broth, noodles, salt, pepper, boulillon, and italian seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer (use cooking time on the package of noodles as a time guideline). Makes 12 2-cup servings.
