Jadedcups quick turkey gravy

Ingredients
Directions
Flour, Smart Balance, lean ground turkey, sage, basil and seasoned salt to taste
Cook ground turkey. Reserve 2 oz. for gravy. DO NOT DRAIN DRIPPINGS.
Turn down pan to medium, add Smart Balance and melt.
Whisk in flour until you have a roux (thick paste of butter and flour that is slightly browned) This will prevent lumps later on.
Whisk in water slowly till fairly smooth. (You will still have bits of turkey)
There should be small bubbles as it quickly reduces. Whisk often, seasoning to taste.
I like sage, basil and seasoned salt
It should reduce down to 2 thirds of original QUICKLY.
If too thick add more water. If too thin reduce to desired consistency
Makes approx. 2 cups
