T's Chicken Strips Parmesan

Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken Breast Tenders1/2 Cup Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs Whole Wheat style6 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated2 tsp Italian Seasoning2 oz Great Value Mozarella Cheese low-moisture part skim5 Servings My Tomato Sauce, see recipe
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place bread crumbs, Italian Seasoning, and Parmesan Cheese in gallon sized Ziploc bag. Drop in chicken strips and shake until coated.

Line cookie sheet with heavy foil, spray with cooking spray. Place strips on sheet, and bake 20 minutes or until no longer pink.

Take out of oven, spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle cheese over the strips and return to over for another 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted, then serve.

Serves 5 (Two strips per person).
