Chinese Spaghetti

Ingredients
1/2 c tomato sauce1/2 c beef broth1 T soy sauce2 tsp curry powder2 tsp chili paste1 tsp sugar2 tsp cornstarch1 package (10 oz) dry noodles1 T canola oil2 tsp garlic1 tsp ginger3/4 lb ground pork1/4 c chopped onion2 green onions (~1/4 c), sliced thinly1/2 c edamame
Directions
Mix sauce: tomato sauce, beef broth, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, curry powder, chili paste & sugar.
Mix cornstarch with 1 Tbsp water.
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Meanwhile, make meat sauce: heat oil in pan, cook ginger, garlic, pork & onion until meat is browned. Drain off excess fat. Add sauce & bring to a boil, simmer for 3 minutes. Add cornstarch & cook until sauce is thickened. Mix in edamame & garnish with green onions immediately before serving.
Add to hot drained pasta and serve it forth.
Makes 6 1-cup servings.
