4 6 oz Tuna SteaksJuice and zest from 1 Lemon4 cloves Garlic4 Tsp Ginger Root4 Tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade1/4 cup Sesame Oil1/4 cup Olive Oil1 cup Peppers, red pepper flakes5 Tsp Salt5 Tbsp Pepper, black2 Tbsp Cilantro, raw
Mix all marinade ingredients except tuna. Place tuna in container to marinate for 30 minutes up to 4 hours. Sear the steaks on each side on hot skillet. 4 minutes will yeild medium rare steaks. Adjust cooking time to desired doneness. Enjoy
