HCG Phase 2 - Grilled Chicken with Apple Noodles and Kale

100g Boneless skinless chicken breast1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Fuji or Honey Crisp Apple - jullienne2 cups Kale, washed, ribs removed, and shredded1Tbs sliced Shallotor2 cloves garlic chopped1/2 tsp sesame seedsJuice of 1/2 lemon1 Tbs Braggs
Season Chicken Breast with Salt and Pepper and grill with Pam to keep from sticking.
Heat a 2 Qt heavy bottom pot to to Med-Hi ; add oil and saute garlic until softened.
Add Apples and saute with garlic. Stirring often. Add Sesame Seeds, mixing well.
Add Kale and stir together, keeping the pan over the heat.
Add Lemon Juice and Braggs. Cook the Kale for 2-3 minutes until cooked through and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with Grilled Chicken Breast.
