Pizza- Cheese and Banana Pepper

Crust1 cup hot water1 pkg yeast2 T Crisco shortening1/4 cup sugar2 tsp sea salt1/2 cup whole wheat flour2. 1/2 cup flourSauce1/4 cup tomato sauce 2 tsp dried oregeno2 tsp dried rosemary(optional 1/2 tsp garlic powder)Colby/Jack shredded cheese 1 cupMozzerella cheese 1 cup1/2 cup banana peppers
Preheat oven to 375
Mix hot water, sugar, salt, and shortening. Cool until not scalding and add yeast. Add whole wheat flour, and add flour 1/2 cup at a time until firm dough is formed.
Grease pizza pan and pat out dough.
Mix sauce ingrediants together and spread on pizza dough
Cover sauce with cheeses and peppers.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
