Ingredients
Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tablespoonsExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tablespoonYellow Mustard, 1-1.5 tablespoonsHoney, 1 tablespoonBlack pepper to taste
Directions
In a small mixing bowl combine, all ingredients and whisk till completely dissolved and emulsified. The emulsification in oil vinaigrette only temporary, so this is best whisked at serving time.

This should make 2 servings.
