High Protein Spinach Salad Lunch

Ingredients
1 can Bumble bee Solid White Albacore in water 1/8 cup Trader Joe's Shelled Edamame Soybeans8 baby carrots3 tbps Eating Right Herb & Balsamic Vinaigrette 4 cups rinsed raw spinach1/2 Avacado
Directions
Chop spinach and put in a bowl. Chop baby carrots and add to bowl. Open and drain tuna. Add to bowl. Chop Avacado and add to bowl. Add edamame, and top with salad dressing. Mix all together and enjoy!
