Beet Picnic Salad

1 can (14.5oz) beets (not pickled)2 tsp dijon mustard6oz nonfat plain greek yogurt
Open and drain canned beets. Add to a small mixing bowl. (Feel free to use fresh if you like!) Chop or julienne to your liking unless the can came that way. Add yogurt and mustard. Stir well. Serve chilled.
