Vegetable Soup with Pork Neck Bones

Ingredients
4 cups Swanson Organic Vegetable Broth2 lbs. Pork Neck Soup Bones1 medium onion - diced1 tbsp Black pepper2 cups frozen mixed vegetables1 cup frozen sweet corn5 med potatoes - diced2 raw celery stalks - diced1/4 cup barley
Directions
Pour vegetable broth into large pot. Add soup bones, onion, black pepper and celery to broth and bring to boil. Simmer until meat begins coming off the bone, then add all other ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
