Directions
mix all ingredients except cresent rolls

spoon mix into cresent rolls

bake according to package directions

    Recipe directions poorly written. Too much filling and not enough rolls. However filling was flavorful, so I may use this as a base recipe to make a better empanada recipe. - 11/4/09

    Very nice flavor and easy to make. However, I don't know how the poster was able to use only one can of cresent rolls. I used 2 cans and still had filling left over. Luckily, I was making chili so I threw the extra filling in the chili. :-) - 9/20/09
