Tomato Pepper Pasta Sauce

6 med. tomatoes, diced (use fresh tomatoes)1/2 med. onion1 yellow bell pepper3 tbsp fresh basil2 tbsp fresh parsley6 cloves garlic1/4 cup olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Finely chop garlic, onion, pepper, and parsley in a food processor.
Saute' with half the olive oil until garlic is fully cooked. Add tomato, basil and the rest of the olive oil and simmer 5 minutes, until the tomatos release their juice but remain slightly firm.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve over whole wheat pasta
