Ingredients
per 1c milk (dairy, coconut, whatever. I use unsweetened soy)2T cocoa powder3T hot water1/8t. garam masala1/2in vanilla bean section
Directions
combine cocoa powder and hot water until smooth in saucepan. add garam masala. split vanilla bean section and scrape seeds into pan. add milk and whisk over low heat until hot.
