Vegetarian Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 Tbs oil4 cloves garlic, minced1/4 onion, diced1 C celery, diced1 sweet bell pepper, chopped1 Tbs brown sugar1 can black beans, drained, rinsed, and pureed1 can petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained3 Tbs Worchestershire sauce1 tsp ground coriander1 tsp ground cuminSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes about 6 half-cup servings.

Heat oil in large pan in medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, celery, and bell peppers and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in pureed beans, coriander, and cumin. Stir in brown sugar, tomatoes, and Worchestershire sauce. Cook for 3 minutes, or until heated through. Salt and Pepper to taste. Add frozen Crumbles and cook until hot. Serve on buns.
