Layered Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 small onion, diced2 cups carrots, sliced2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced1 cup frozen peas1 can condensed tomato soupsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Fry ground beef until no pink remains. Drain and rinse.
Spray 2.5 or 3 qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
Spread ground beef over bottom of casserole dish.
Layer onion, then potatoes, then carrots, then peas
Spread tomato soup over and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake covered for one hour at 350 degrees F.
