Bran muffins

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup Wheat bran, crude, 1.5 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp Cloves, ground, 1 tbsp 2 eggs*apple sauce, sugar-free, 3 serving *Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 8 oz *Splenda, 1 and 2/3 cupBanana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Directions
Put all the wet stuff in and mix then dump in the dry stuff.
Mix and poor into disposable cupcake papers.
bake at 375 until done. Be aware they do sick to the paper,
so if you want to bake in a muffin pan, spray with Pam.
