Shredded pork and rice casserole

Ingredients
shredded porkcream of celerybrown riceranch dressingfrozen broccoli and cauliflourshredded cheesesalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Use leftover pork from dinner the night before. Cook brown rice for 45-55 minutes. Transfer to a sprayed corning ware and add ranch, celery soup, pork, and broccoli and cauliflour. Stir together. Cook for 45 minutes on 350. Add cheese on top the last 5 minutes if desired.
