Sweet and Spicy Cucumbers

Ingredients
3 cups peeled, thinly sliced cucumbers2 tsp. salt1/2 c. white vinegar3 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Combine sliced cucmbers and salt in a collander. Let stand 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pat cucumbers dry. Dress with combined vinegar, sugar, and pepper flakes. Allow to chill before serving.
