Crock Pot Apricot Pork Roast

Ingredients
2 lb. Boneless pork loin roast18 oz jar of apricot preserves10 1/2 oz can of Campbells's condensed chicken broth2 T. dijon mustard1 cup of chopped onion.
Directions
Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle onion over the roast. Mix jar of apricot preserves, can of campbells condensed chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard together well and pour over the roast. Cook on low setting for 8 hours. Makes 8 servings.
