Chipotle Tortilla Soup with Chicken

*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 4 cloves1/2 chopped onion, mediumChicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed *Chipotle Chili Powder, .5 tsp Cumin seed, 1.5 tsp *Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 6.125 cup Canned Tomatoes, 1.75 cup Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
Makes 5 servings
Heat oil and saute garlic
cut chicken into bite size pieces and add to oil and garlic
saute for 2 minutes
add chili powder, cumin powder, canned tomatoes and broth. cook for 20 minutes
top with cilantro and lime wedges
add crushed baked tortilla chips for added crunch and flavor (Not included in nutrition information)
