Kaura's sour cream chicken enchiladas (wheat)

* *(V) Peppers, Green Chili, chopped (Gr Value), 2 (4.5 oz cans) * *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 can condensed * *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 8 oz container * *tortilla - Whole Wheat Tortilla, Mission life balance plus, medium, 8 serving * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook) * *Albertson Reduced Fat Mexican Four Cheese Blend , 2 cups
Boil the chicken for 20 minutes until the meat is tender enough to shred with a fork.
In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, condensed can of cream of chicken, sour cream, chili peppers, and 2/3 cup of cheese.
Fill tortillas with mix and roll like a burrito.
Spread any left over mix over the top.
Spread the rest of the cheese over the top.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
