Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Healthy Harvest Egg Noodles, 1.5 cup *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1.5 serving Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, canned, 0.75 cup Garlic, 1 clove Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tspHormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, 1 serving
Directions
Salt & Pepper ground turkey, brown in large skillet, drain. Add remaining ingredients in order given, using vegetable liquids. Cover & cook over low heat approx. 25 minutes. May add shredded cheese on top and let sit 10 minutes longer, to melt.
