4 medium chicken breast fillets200 g piece of mozzarella , thinly sliced8 thin slices of prosciutto375ml tomato and basil pasta saucefresh thyme sprigs , to servegarden salad , to serve
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees C. Spray a large frypan with olive oil spray and heat over medium - high heat. Cut chicken breasts in half, cook for 2 - 3 mins each side or until golden.
2. Top each peice of chicken with a thin slice of mozzarella. Wrap a peice of prosciutto around each peice of chicken . Tie with kitchen string to secure.
3. Spread the pasta sauce over the base of a baking dish. arrange the chicken over the sauce . Bake for 20 mins or until chicken is cooked through
