Tilipia saute with Garlic

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic1 large buch of Swiss chard1 large slice shallot8 oz tilapia2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Heat olive oil in large frying pan. Add garlic do not brown. Gradually add Chard stirring until wilted. When it is completly wilted put on plate and keep warm.

Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil add shallot and fish. Brown on both sides about 6 minutes sprinkle with lemon juice.
