chopped onion 1/2 to 3/4 cupOlive Oil (2 TBS)Minced Garlic1/4 lb diced proscuitto1 15 oz can diced tomatoespepper to tastechicken bullion if desired (about 1/2 cup)cooked pastashredded parmesan cheese
Cook diced onions in olive oil until soft. Add diced proscuitto and minced garlic and saute until proscuitto is a little crispy. Pour one can of diced tomatoes in skillet and cook until liquid is slightly reduced. You can add a little (1/2 cup) of chicken bullion if desired. Pepper as needed. Serve over cooked pasta with shredded parmesan cheese.
