Melissa's Incredible Chicken Marinade!

Ingredients
60ml FF Italian Dressing (20 calories)60ml Balsamic Vinegar (60 calories)10g Dijon (0 calories)20g Honey (60 calories) 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Oregano 1/4 tsp Thyme 1/2 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Directions
This marinade is amazing! I mix it all together, put a chicken breast in 1/4 the mixture (save the rest in a jar for next time!) and let it marinade in the fridge for a good while (about 12 hours) and I flip the chicken over at the halfway mark. I like to serve this with broccoli and sweet potatoes. :)

How I Cook It: I spray PAM in a pan and pour the marinade over the chicken breast in the pan. Takes approximately 7-8 minutes per side. I like to cut the chicken into 2 thinner pieces once it's about 3/4 cooked and continue cooking them that way. :)

Makes enough for 4 chicken breasts (or 2 if you like to use a lot of marinade).

Calories Per Batch: 140. Only 35 calories per serving (0g fat and 196mg sodium per serving)!
