1 TBS. Sugar free peanut butter1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into strips1cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth2 Tbs. Soy Sauce2 Garlic cloves, crushed.
Cut chicken into chunks. Heat In pan peanut butter, broth, soy sauce and garlic. Add chicken and cook until done.
