Ingredients
$ cups Romaine1/2 cup chopped jicama1/2 cup red bell pepper1/2 chopped cucvumber1 carrot4 dried apricots chopped2 oz of dele turkey2 tblsp ranch dressing1/4 cup feta cheese
Directions
mix greens jicama, bell pepper, cucumber, carrot, scallions and apricots in a large bowl. Toss with dressing. fold in chicken and sprinkle feta cheese
