Berries & Cream

Ingredients
1 cup fresh blackberries1 cup fresh raspberries1 cup halved fresh strawberries3/4 cup low fat whipped topping (like Cool Whip)3/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt1/3 cup powdered sugar (confectioners sugar)
Directions
Combine the berries in a medium bowl.

Combine whipped topping, yogurt and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Stir to completely combine.

To serve, layer about 1/4 cup of fruit; 1/4 cup of yogurt mixture and 1/4 cup of fruit in a 4 to 6 oz. dessert dish or wine glass. Garnish with mint, if desired.
