1 cup peanut sauce1 cup water6 cloves garlic3 Tbsp fresh ginger4 Tbsp sesame oil6 Tbsp soy sauce6 Tbsp rice vinegar1/4 c + 3 Tbsp brown sugar1 1/2 tsp hot pepper oil or 1/2 tsp red pepper sauce

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor - use as stir fry sauce.
