Feta, tomato and spinach frittata

Ingredients
200g boiled new potatoes100g feta8 cherry tomatoes100ml skimmed milk50g spinach
Directions

Whisk eggs, milk and seasoning together.

Place potatoes, spinach, tomatoes and feta in shallow flan/quiche dish.

Pour egg mixture on top and bake for 30 mins at moderate oven until top browns and middle is cooked.
