Channa Chaat

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil2 cups Onion, finely chopped2 tsp Garlics, finely chopped3 tsp Ginger, finely chopped2 cups Diced Tomatoes (Blue Menu - 1 can)3 tbsp Chaat masala4 1/3 cups Chickpeas (about two cans of Blue Menu)
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan. Add onions, garlic and ginger, cook till tender.
Add diced tomatoes, Chaat Masala and chickpeas and let simmer/reduce.
