Cranberry/Chocolate Chip Muffin (low fat!)

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Butter (salted)5 Tbsp Apple sauce (unsweetened)3/4 C Sugar2 Egg Beaters1 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 1/2 Cup Oats 2 Tsp Baking Powder1/2 Tsp salt1/2 Cup Milk (nonfat)2 Tsp Vanilla1/4 Tsp. Almond extract1/2 mini chocolate chips (semi-sweet)1 1/2 Cup Chopped Cranberries (Frozen)1tbsp sugar, assorted spices and left over chopped cranberries( roughly a tsp) The spices I used were cinnamon, nutmeg and a splash of ginger- to personal tasteMix all ingredients together, put in well greased muffin pan and add garnish on top. Bake at 375 for 30mins.Enjoy!
