-1/4 cup almond meal or flour- 1/4 cup coconut milk- 1 large egg- 1 t ground cinnamon- 1 Tbsp baking powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in small bowl
Fry on medium-low frying pan, oiled or nonstick
