Dollbabe56's Pork, Cabbage and Potatoes

1 head of cabbage chopped6-7 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced15 baby carrots1 onion sliced1 carton Swanson's Chicken Stock4 pork loin boneless chopswhole wheat flour, salt, pepperolive oil
Place carrots in steamer and cook 5 minutes. Add potatoes and cook until "nearly" tender.
Coat pork with flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in large pan with olive oil.
Place pork in bottom of crock pot. Top with onion slices. Next, put carrots and potatoes.

Cook cabbage in the pan the pork was browned in, just to saute a bit.
Add cabbage and drippings to the crockpot.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
