Chicken Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped into fine pieces6 oz noodles, cooked and drained1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup, condensed1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup, condensed1 cup light sour cream1 cup cracker crumbs1 stick butter or margarine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix soups and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken pieces and noodles. Gently fold ingredients until well-coated.

Place in a 9 x 13 casserole.

Melt margarine or butter in a medium skillet. Stir in cracker crumbs until coated.

Spread crumb mixture over casserole.

Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly, and top is browned.
